Starr Partners St Marys, Erskine Park, Rooty Hill and Penrith is owned and managed by Ron Edwards, Scott Edwards and Darren Kersten (Edwards Kersten Real Estate Pty Ltd). Ron Edwards opened his first Real Estate Office in February 1984 and 1992 changed to become a franchisee of Starr Partners Real Estate. With the advancements in technology and changes in the real estate market, Ron decided to bring in two younger directors to ensure the company’s future growth and continue the high levels of service and commitment to the local community.

Since our offices opened in 1984, we have steadily grown to become one of the largest Sales and Property Management offices in the area. We currently have dedicated Property Sales and Property Management department, which also incorporates a professional Property Marketing & Customer Care Division. Being a local office, we are also involved in the local community, including sponsorship of the Colyton & St Clair Little Athletics, Erskine Park Eagles Netball Club, local schools including Bennett Public, Clairgate Public and Banks Public. We also provide support and help to the local community.
