Within weeks Delia rang and said there is one about to come onto the market that suits my needs. We are now in the process of settling on that unit. At our initial appraisal I had some concerns, having had several other real estate agents thru already I was beginning to get quite confused and overwhelmed with the whole process. This worked out great for us, having young children it was difficult to keep our house neat at all times. This way we had the opportunity to present it for sale on one particular day. We found the commission percentage very reasonable for what we received considering that other agents charged similar amounts but we would not have gotten the extras, like the half page advertisements in the paper and the photo board, all of which I believe, helped us achieve the sale price. Unlike some of the other agents, you did not promise anything but advise based on your recent results in our area. You were pretty spot on and we are very happy with the sale price that you negotiated for us.
